Please arrive by 4:30pm so that we can start the ceremony on time at 5:00pm.
Everything is indoors except an additional outdoor cocktail space which we will utilize if the weather allows. There is a very short outdoor walk between the chapel and cocktail space. The walk is uncovered, so if we encounter rain the venue will provide umbrellas for everyone.
Yes, a shuttle bus will be provided to the venue for guests at 4:15pm from the Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield hotel. There will also be a shuttle bus back after the reception at 11:00pm. NOTE: The shuttle bus is only for guests that reserved a room at the hotel through the wedding block.
Yes, there will be complimentary valet parking at the venue.
We kindly ask that only the guests and children explicitly named on the invitation attend. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Yes, all drinks are on us from cocktail hour through the reception! After party at the hotel lobby will be cash bar.
Absolutely! We’ll have flip flops available on the dance floor for the ladies in sizes 6–11, in limited quantities. Feel free to grab a pair and keep the party going comfortably!
Yes! We’ll be keeping the celebration going with an after-party at the hotel lobby bar right after the reception. Come dressed from the wedding or change into something comfortable. It will be a cash bar, and we’ll have some light snacks available to keep the energy up. We’d love for you to join us!
We ask that all cellphones and cameras be turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special moment and would love our guests to be fully present so we can share our moment with you.
Yes! Join us for a welcome party on Friday night from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the hotel lobby bar. It’ll be a fun and relaxed evening to kick off the weekend. The dress code is casual, and please note that it will be a cash bar.
If you are staying at the hotel, every room comes with a complimentary breakfast! Breakfast is served from 7:00AM-10:00AM. The bride/groom plan to be in the lobby grabbing breakfast around 9:00AM and to mingle with anyone who comes to join.
