Welcome Event and Seating

This is a formal event, please dress to impress and have fun! Our colors are navy and burgundy if you want to dress to match the theme!
NOTE: There will be a charcuterie board as our appetizers after the ceremony and before the reception while we wrap up taking family photos in the ceremony room.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Something short a sweet to show off our love while also moving along to get to celebrate together!
Family Photos and Appetizers
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
Leaving some leeway here so that if others want to get photos in the ceremony room with the bride and groom/wedding party, we have some time to cover! During this time guests can munch on a charcuterie board of domestic cheese and crackers, meats and vegetables, garnished with fresh fruit. NOTE: At this time, you will have to pay for your own drinks until dinner service starts at 6pm.
Reception and Dinner, Drink Coverage Starts!
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We will start dinner at 6pm. The meal will include the following: Garden Salad that is a blend of fresh greens topped with carrots, cucumbers, grape tomato and red onion. Served with either ranch or Italian dressing. Rolls and butter Beef Bourguignon: sauteed beef tips with cremini mushrooms, carrots, and roasted pearl onions in red wine demi-glace. Chedder mashed potatoes Summer squash and zucchini with fresh herbs Cupcakes either white or chocolate During this time you may also get your fill of beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soft drinks until 10pm. Then you are on your own!
After Party
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm
For those of use still with us here, depending on how things are winding down, we can party at the hotel until midnight or go roam the lovely downtown and hit some bars to keep the party going!
