Yes, there will be a short cocktail hour between the wedding and start of the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be transportation after the reception. Our suggestion is to car pool to the venue, take the bus home and get your car the next day.

What will the food and drink options be?

Answer

We will have light appetizers during cocktail hour. The reception will have dinner and drinks. There will be an open bar with beer, vodka, whiskey, etc. If you want something specific that you don't think we will have you are more than welcome to bring your own.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 10 minutes before the ceremony to avoid walking in during the start of the ceremony.
