What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5 pm. Shuttles will depart from the hotel at approximately 3:30 pm. If you're arranging your own transportation, please plan to arrive at the venue by 4:30 pm to allow time before we begin.

Due to limited space, we are only able to invite those specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks for checking! We love your little ones, but for this event we’re only able to include the guests listed on the invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle leaving from The Virginian. We suggest that you stay at The Virginian or The Craddock Terry hotel down the road for easy access to the shuttle. It will go to and from the wedding. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:30 pm from The Virginian and will swing by The Craddock Terry Hotel for guests staying there.
