When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By April 15th, 2025 by sending the pre-paid postage post card included in your invite with your attending parties names and how many of each meal selected.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4, guests are encouraged to arrive by 330-345 to ensure enough time for parking and getting to the ceremony area.

What are the menu choices?

Answer

The chicken option is a lemon & rosemary baked chicken. The beef option is 1/3 lb. prime rib. The vegetarian option is a veggie lasagna. All three come with garden salad, roasted baby redskin potatoes & maple glazed baby carrots. If you are bringing a kid/s you are welcome to opt for a burger for their food choice - please just write in "burger" with the number of burger orders on the RSVP card.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, your invite includes your kids, please add their names to the RSVP if they will be attending.

Is there anything to know about accessibility at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on the lawn, high heels with wide bases or flats are encouraged. The ceremony is slightly downhill and a short walk from the building.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, it is a reasonable size lot and you can park along the drive, please do not park on the street.

Answer

Stillwater, MN is a short 40 minute drive from the venue and is one of the midwest's cutest river towns with charming hotels, good restaurants and shopping options. Taylors Falls, MN/St. Criox Falls, WI offers quaint river town options for exploring plus beautiful options for day hikes. For slightly closer lodging there's some hotel options in New Richmond, WI or Turtle Lake, WI. There's multiple wineries and breweries in the area to enjoy a beverage on a patio. A favorite local spot of ours is 45th parallel distillery in New Richmond, WI.
