What is the dress code for this event?

This a formal attire event, taking place in a Greek Orthodox Church. All guests must arrive in suites or jackets with ties or formal dresses/suites.

How do I reserve a room for the hotel block at The Crown Plaza?
Answer
Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at 845-357-4800 and requesting the Group Code GKW. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees must be received on or before 6/8/24. The hotel block are for Saturday 6/29/24 and Sunday 6/30/24.

What is the travel time between the church and the venue?
Answer
It takes approximately 10 minutes to travel between the church and the venue. Guests will have ample time ending the wedding at St. Athanasios Greek Orthodox Church to arrive at Season's Catering for the reception.

What kind of food will be served at the reception?
Answer
Season's Catering is known for their incredible food options and is one of the many reasons why we chose this venue. There will be plenty of food available, ranging from small plate appetizers to full course meals. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Is parking available at the reception venue?
Answer
Yes! Season's Catering has a large parking area so guests should have no issues finding parking.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No, unfortunately only the guests invited may come. The venue is only catering to a specific number of guests and we cannot accommodate additional people.
