Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time listed on your invitation. This will allow everyone to get settled before we begin.

We kindly ask that you wear semi-formal attire in earthy or neutral tones to complement the setting. To help the wedding party stand out, please avoid forest green, navy blue, and gray suits, as these are reserved for the couple, groomsmen, and bridal party.

We’re so grateful to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception taking place indoors. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket in case of a breeze.

Answer

Arizona in late November is typically mild and pleasant—perfect for a celebration! You can expect sunny skies with daytime highs around the mid-70s°F and cooler evenings dipping into the 60s°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, especially if you'll be outside after sunset.

How do I get to the venue? Will transportation be provided?

We recommend using Google Maps for accurate directions to the venue, as Apple Maps may provide confusing routes. On-site parking is available for guests who prefer to drive. For our out-of-town guests staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort, a shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. More details on timing and pickup location will be shared closer to the date.

We’ll start with light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner and dessert. An open bar with a selection of wine, beer, and signature cocktails will be available throughout the evening.

While vegan and vegetarian options are not listed on the RSVP meal selections, we’ve made sure to accommodate these preferences—so no need to worry, we've got you covered! We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’re having an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be present in the moment. Don’t worry—our professional photographer will capture everything!

Yes! We've reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort, primarily for our out-of-town guests. This hotel is conveniently located near the venue and offers comfortable, spacious suites. To take advantage of the group rate, please book your room by October 19, 2025.
