Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcomed but will need to stay on the family "Ziva" side of the hotel. Adults can move in between the family and adult sides of the hotel.

Yes, babysitting will be available and can be made through the hotel.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

In March it's around 84 F, paired with a low amount of rainfall. Ocean temperature is around 81 F.

Both events will take place at the Hyatt hotel.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #OhSmithsItsAWeddingDay so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Yes, if you book through the travel agent transportation between the airport and hotel is included.

What happens if I stay off the resort/Hyatt?

Answer

A daily pass will be required. The rate is US$125 for access to the property from 11:00am to 5:00pm, and 6:00pm to 11:00pm.

How can I arrange tours and excursions outside the resort?

Answer
