Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. Aunque amamos a sus hijos, lamentablemente no podemos acomodarlos en el lugar debido al número limitado de asientos.

Black tie, Formal, Western attire. We ask guests to refrain from wearing white to the wedding. Corbata negra, formal, atuendo occidental. Pedimos a los invitados que se abstengan de vestir de blanco para la boda

What is a good time to arrive?//¿Cuál es un buen momento para llegar?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm, so please arrive at 4:00 pm, if you know you will not make it to the ceremony at 4:30 pm please join us for the cocktail hour at 5:00 pm so that there will be minimal interruptions during the ceremony. We kindly request that you be fully present with us during this moment. We ask that you do not take photos or videos and instead be fully present with us in this special moment, We've asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment, so please put away your phones and enjoy the ceremony with us. What should I look upon arrival to the venue?// ¿Qué debo mirar al llegar al recinto?

Answer

Once you arrive to the designated guest parking lot there is a trail in which will be indicating which way the ceremony will take place, the ceremony is outdoors at this time weather permitting. Both the ceremony and reception will be in the same location. Upon arriving, please refrain from entering the reception hall as our vendors are setting up during this time, Restrooms are located inside the reception through the main entrance to the left. Please refrain from parking in front of the chapel as we are reserving those spots for our immediate families. If weather is allowing for the outdoor ceremony we will have it in the chapel, please look for indications in which will point to where the ceremony will take place. Una vez que llegue al estacionamiento designado para invitados, hay un sendero en el que se indicará de qué manera se llevará a cabo la ceremonia, la ceremonia es al aire libre en este momento si el tiempo lo permite. Tanto la ceremonia como la recepción estarán en el mismo lugar. Will there be seating arrangments?//¿Habrá disposición de asientos?

Answer

Yes, there will be seating arrangements for the reception ONLY there will be a seating chart displayed inside the reception hall, during the ceremony please feel free to sit anywhere where there are no reservation signs. Sí, habrá arreglos de asientos para la recepción, SOLO habrá una tabla de asientos en el interior de la sala de recepción, durante la ceremonia por favor siéntase libre de sentarse en cualquier lugar donde no haya señales de reserva.
