To RSVP for our wedding, please navigate to the bottom of our website or click on the 'RSVP' tab. We've tried to make the process straightforward, and we look forward to receiving your response. Your prompt RSVP will greatly assist us in our planning.
April 1st! If you do not RSVP by the deadline and decide to come, please bring a chair and a sandwich! hehe :]
Please note that our wedding reception will be limited to adults only, aside from the bridal party, due to venue space and liability considerations. We are sharing this information in advance in hopes that you can still celebrate with us and enjoy a night off.
We warmly invite you to dress in your best for our special day, embracing our chosen colors of black, white, and green. While we encourage you to incorporate these colors into your attire, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing all-white outfits. For the dress code, semi-formal attire is perfect. This includes cocktail dresses, stylish jumpsuits, and suits. Ties are optional but can be a great addition if you choose to wear one.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.
It's often said in jest that if you're not a fan of the weather in Texas, just give it 10 minutes and it's likely to change. Such is the unpredictable nature of our local climate
We're pleased to inform you that there will be ample free parking available at the ceremony location next to the church. For those attending the reception, paid parking options are available. You may opt for valet parking with the hotel at a rate of $45 overnight/$60 for oversized vehicles. Alternatively, self-parking is available at nearby parking garages, with rates starting at $12. The closest garage is conveniently located just a block away, providing easy access to the reception venue.
We have chosen to host a dry wedding out of personal preference. We believe this will help create a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere for all our guests. We look forward to celebrating with you and have arranged a variety of delicious non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy throughout the evening.
We kindly request that our special day be an 'unplugged' event. To fully embrace and enjoy each moment together, we ask that guests refrain from using phones, cameras, and other electronic devices during the ceremony. We believe this will help create a more intimate and personal experience for everyone. Don't worry, we have arranged for professional photography to capture all the beautiful moments, which we will be excited to share with you after the wedding.
YES! While we are having an 'unplugged' ceremony, we warmly encourage you to capture the fun and joy with your cameras and phones during the reception. Feel free to snap away, share via social medial with the #AlcantarConAmor, and celebrate all the memorable moments. We would love for you to be a part of preserving the memories of our special day.
#AlcantarConAmor Please share all your memories with this hashtag!
We're truly sorry to hear that you won't be able to join us for our wedding day. While we would have loved for you to be there in person, unfortunately, there are no virtual attendance options. We will miss your presence, but please know that you will be in our thoughts on this special day. We plan to share photos and stories from the day, so we can still celebrate together in spirit.
While we do not have a traditional wedding registry, we have set up a HoneyMOVE Fund for those who wish to celebrate with us by contributing to our future adventures and experiences. If you would like to contribute, please hit the "registry" tab.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
Our reception will conclude at 11:00 pm. We have planned this to ensure a smooth and timely farewell for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us honor this schedule, allowing everyone to enjoy the evening and say their goodbyes comfortably. Currently, there is no after-party, but if you have ideas, contact us!
While we are not requiring COVID testing for our wedding, we kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, please prioritize your health and the well-being of other guests by refraining from attending. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
For any large-scale updates or changes related to our wedding, please refer to our website as the primary and most immediate source of information. Additionally, we will ensure that mass text messages are sent out to keep everyone informed and up-to-date if there are drastic changes. We recommend checking both regularly for the latest news and details.
For any inquiries or questions before the wedding, we encourage you to first check our website for information. If you don't find the answers you need there, please feel free to contact us via email or text. We're here to assist and will respond as promptly as possible.
For those looking to immerse themselves in the local ambiance before the reception, we recommend heading over to Fort Worth's Sundance Square. It's a wonderful place to explore and enjoy. Alternatively, if you're looking for a place to relax, the hotel bar opens at 3 PM and offers a cozy spot to unwind. We kindly ask all our guests to arrive at the reception floor by 6 PM to commence the evening's festivities. However, we request that you try not to arrive before 5:30 PM to ensure everything is perfectly set for a memorable night.
