Shuttle to the Wedding Venue (Pine Orchard Yacht & Country Club) Complimentary school buses will be provided from the following hotels to the wedding venue. Please be ready to board prior to the times listed below, as buses will depart promptly at the times listed and will not wait: 3:30 PM ET – Departure from The New Haven Hotel 3:45 PM ET – Departure from Home2 Suites 3:45 PM ET – Departure from Hotel Marcel Return Shuttles: Buses will return guests to these hotels at 10:15 PM and 12:00 AM. Guests staying at other hotels are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation.
Dress Code: Suit and Tie -Formal For gentlemen, we kindly request a suit jacket and tie—tuxedos are not necessary. For ladies, formal attire is recommended. Think elevated cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, full length dresses—perfect for a polished, seaside look.
We kindly ask that all guests arrive before 4:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at that time. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted start, please be seated before the procession begins. We recommend arriving at the venue between 4:00 and 4:15 PM to allow ample time for parking and getting settled.
Smart Casual Attire For our welcome party, we’d love for guests to feel polished yet comfortable. Gentlemen can wear dress pants or chinos with a button-down shirt or sweater — a blazer or sport coat is welcome but not required.
