Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be held inside.

Are both the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at The Sixpence in Whitestown, IN.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to join us in formal attire. Examples include floor-length or midi dresses. A suit and tie is appropriate.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" website page at the top, and fill out the online form. Please RSVP no later than Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. All invited guests will be listed on the RSVP web page. If you have any clarifying questions, please reach out to Alyssa or Luke.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3:30 pm (Eastern Time). We recommend guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During the reception yes please! However, during the ceremony, we kindly request no phones or cameras to allow everyone to be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights and memories. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We ask that all guests drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan to drink. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. Transportation will be available from The Sixpence to the Renaissance hotel that evening. We cannot wait to celebrate accordingly with our friends and family!

Is there parking available?

Answer

If you plan to drive, there is a parking lot available at our venue. Cars can be left overnight, but must be picked up by 9 am.
