Where do I park?

Answer

Several parking options are available. 1st Avenue on the French Art Colony Side is public parking. There is also parking in the Sheriff’s public parking lot at the corner of 1st Avenue and Locust St. (about 20 spaces), also coming down-river on 2nd Ave., there is parking at the gravel parking lot on the right before you get to the police station/city building (where the crosswalk is). If need be there is a possibility we can use the library parking lot. We will also have someone shuttling guests if you have to park a distance away. Keep an eye on this question and we will have more information!

Question

How do I dress?

Answer

Please dress however you would like. Our thoughts are casual or dressy casual. Just remember, there will be cameras present to photograph our special day. Do you really want to be remembered as the person in flip flops and a cut-off?

Will there be alcohol at the reception? 21+

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue originally told us yes, and then told us no. There will be NO alcohol permitted on the premises. Please don't make us have to have you escorted out of our wedding. There will be plenty of officers in attendance.

Dinner

Answer

There will be light bites between the Ceremony and Reception. Dinner has changed from our originally planned pasta bar to pulled pork and chicken and sides. We will also have a dessert bar. Water, tea, and lemonade to drink.
