Yes! The night before, Thursday September 17th, we will be hosting a small cocktail hour at the Gaylord Hotel between the hours of 6pm & 8pm. Please feel free to stop in to say hi! The day after the wedding, Saturday September 19th, we will be hosting another opportunity to spend time with our favorite people. We will have more information to come, closer to the wedding.
To match the elegant atmosphere we envision, we kindly ask all of our guest to wear all black formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear an all black suit or tux, with exception to a white dress shirt. Ladies are requested to wear all black floor-length gowns or tea-length dresses.
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
While we absolutely love your little ones, we have decided to have our ceremony and reception be an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o’clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:40pm or you may sadly miss out on our ceremony.
Yes! There will be a provided charter bus that will transport you to and from the hotels and venue. The bus will first pickup at the Hilton Hotel, leaving from the hotel lobby promptly at 3:40pm. It will then pickup at the neighboring Gaylord Hotel and will leave from the hotel lobby promptly at 4:00pm and take all guest aboard to the venue. Following the bride and grooms grand exit, the bus will leave from the venue at 11:15pm and take guests back to the hotels.
There is a parking lot located to the left of the main entrance, just through the round about.
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, while the cocktail hour will be held outdoors, if the weather permits.
