Shuttle from Hotels to Wedding Venue

A shuttle from the hotel to our wedding venue and back will be provided. Schedule is below: Hermes Bus #1 3:00PM: La Quinta guest pick up 9:30PM: Mountain View Ranch, Willows pickup- drop off at La Quinta 11:00PM: Mountain View Ranch, Willows pickup- drop off at La Quinta Hermes Bus #2 3:00PM: Bailey Lodge guest pick up 3:15PM: Meadow Creek Lodge guest pick up 9:30PM: Mountain View Ranch, Willows pickup- drop off at Meadow Creek/Bailey Lodge 11:00PM: Mountain View Ranch, Willows pickup- drop off at Meadow Creek/Bailey Lodge **NOTE: THERE IS MINIMAL PHONE SERVICE AND NO WIFI AT OUR VENUE. UBER AND LYFT ARE UNABLE TO BE BOOKED ONSITE. IF YOU INTEND TO UTILIZE A RIDESHARE SERVICE THE NIGHT OF THE WEDDING, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Littleton

You may use the link to book directly with a brand new La Quinta hotel. This is located approximately 30 minutes from our wedding venue. The wedding block link will ensure you are booking at the discounted group rate of $159 per night. Additionally, you can call the hotel (720-687-3800 x0) and mention the Edwards/Boatner Wedding Block to book. Guests are able to utilize the discounted rate when staying anytime between Thursday August 3rd - Monday August 7th. Guests are also not required to stay more than one night. If there are questions, please feel free to contact the hotel directly. We will have a shuttle service to and from the hotel Saturday night. If the room block is full please feel free to contact Jennifer or Bryant before trying to make other arrangements. *Must book by June 30th to receive block rate
