FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 22nd, 2026!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered right through the Zola Website, which is linked on this website under "Registry."

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3pm on the Clay Brook Lawn, so please arrive ~15 minutes prior to take a seat and grab a glass of champagne! :)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code, but cocktail attire is what we are recommending! Suits, dresses, or dressy separates are perfect. The ceremony is on a grass lawn, so ladies be aware that any thin heels may sink slightly into the grass!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Under our "Travel" tab you will see the two hotels that we recommend and if you book through the link it is 20% off. The Clay Brook Hotel is onsite (steps away from the ceremony and reception) and the Lodge at Lincoln Peak is ~ 0.5 miles down the mountain access road. Be aware that the Lodge at Lincoln Peak is not necessarily walkable as the mountain road is steep and winding, however, a very easy drive! (PS: Don't forget your bathing suit if you are staying at the Clay Brook Hotel, there is a large heated pool and hot tub to relax and enjoy during the weekend!!)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

You will see Quinne's niece and nephew (Isla & Jack) as the flower girl and ring-bearer. However, while we love kids, this will be an adults-only event!

Question

Where to eat when we arrive?

Answer

We know that people will be arriving at many different times. Rumble's Bistro is the on-site restaurant and will be open to the public until 10pm on Friday, October 2nd for people to grab a bite or a drink once they are settled. Paradise Provisions is a beautiful, local grocery store/ deli located on the access road (2367 Sugarbush Access Rd, Warren, VT 05674) that has deli, coffee, grocery, and pizza options. They are open 7am-9pm on Fridays & Saturdays. There are local cafes, breweries, and grocery stores located just a short drive down the road in Waitsfield, VT.
