When is the RSVP deadline?

Please kindly RSVP by August 13th!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be begin at 5PM. Please arrive no later that 4:50 or sadly you will miss out on our ceremony.

Where should we park?

Answer

Woodmark has paid parking. If you choose to stay overnight, it is $25 with in and out privileges. Hourly parking can vary.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". We have hired professionals to capture this moment and we promise to share as soon as we receive our pictures!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine cocktails and non alcoholic beverages are on us! (don't forget cash to tip your bartenders!)

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and dinner are outside but covered. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Semi formal.

I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Ceremony: 5:00-5:30 Cocktail Hour: 5:30-6:30 Dinner: 6:30-7:30 Dancing: 7:30-10

Why don't you have a traditional Wedding Registry?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is the best gift! However, should you wish to gift us something, an airline gift card or cards of well wishes can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults only occasion with an exception to those children in the wedding.
