There are 17 Smithsonian Museums throughout the city all of which are free to visit. Some museums will sell out, so make sure you reserve your ticket online prior to visiting. Some of the more popular ones are: Air and Space Museum, Natural History, African American History, American History, National Portrait Gallery, and National Archives Museum.
There's nothing better than walking, riding bikes, or scootering around the National Mall to see the various memorials, monuments, and museums. You can find Capital Bikeshare locations throughout the city or use Uber/Lyft to find a scooter.

Georgetown has the best shopping in the city! Walk around M Steet and Wisconsin Ave and then stop by historic Martins Tavern to sit in the booth where JFK proposed to Jackie. You also have to go to YELLOW which is our favorite cafe in the city!
