For Parking there is parking on site or street parking both are paid by the hour. There is a Saints game that evening so street parking might be crowded. For street parking you can park off of lancer lot, 8th street on Wacouta, and Radisson Downtown St. Paul. There are two lots to park in if not on the street, parking lot A will have the highest level of parking around $25. than parking ramp side b which will be somewhat cheaper.
If weather is between 70-80 degrees (with no humidity) Fahrenheit. The ceremony will be held out-side.
