If you haven't traveled to the Riviera Maya before, we realize this process may bring about many questions. MANDATORY HOTEL FULL PAYMENT DEADLINE DATE: May 1, 2021 IMPORTANT NOTE: For health reasons, while staying in Riviera Maya, be SURE not to drink or use ANY water that is not bottled, not even to brush your teeth. The resort will provide plenty of bottled water for free so there is no need to bring any with you. We want this process to be easy for you so please don't be afraid to ask for assistance and/or clarification. Additionally, full details for booking air, hotel and transportation are listed in the sections below, but on this page to the right is a quick checklist to remind you of what to do by the recommended dates. ----->>>> Salut!

USEFUL CHECKLIST

Step 1: Make sure you have a passport & use the name on your passport to book air/hotel. Step 2: Book your stay @ the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya - You should travel between July 6-12th. The resort price is all inclusive, which includes all your meals, drinks/alcohol & entertainment while on property! Call the hotel directly to use an AARP or AAA discount: 855-537-4603. Step 3: Book your airfare - You can travel for as long or short as you'd like! Airfare rates vary, but it's better to book sooner, rather than later, in order to get good flight times & usually better pricing. Step 4: Sign up for transportation - Email your flight info & room confirmation # to transfercancun@rcdhotels.com in order to set up a round-trip transfer to pick you up at the airport and bring you back upon departure. PASSPORT INFO

RECOMMENDED PASSPORT APPLICATION DEADLINE DATE: March 1, 2021 US Passports are required for travel to the Riviera Maya. Please make sure you allow enough time to obtain one, either if you do not already have one or if you need to renew yours. Routine Processing Time for passports is 4-6 weeks & Expedited is 2-3 weeks. (Suggested: You should apply at least 8 weeks prior to travel.) Important Note: The name on your passport MUST match the name on your airline ticket. (Ex: If you go by Ed or Eddie, but your legal name is Edward, you MUST book your ticket under Edward.) Information on how to obtain a passport can be found here at the link below:

RECOMMENDED HOTEL BOOKING DEADLINE DATE: October 11, 2020 This is an ALL-INCLUSIVE, family-friendly resort where we will be having our wedding ceremony on the beach, along with a Wedding Toast immediately following the ceremony. WEDDING PARTY/HARD ROCK GUESTS: You MUST provide arrange your own round-trip transportation to/from the hotel & airport.
