Travel and Accommodation Information

Travel Note

Flying in

If you are flying internationally, there are several airports you can fly into with pros and cons. •JFK (NYC): most flights, usually cheaper, literal hell on Earth •Newark (NJ): further away but can take a direct Amtrak train from the airport to New Haven; however, it's in New Jersey •Logan International Airport (Boston, MA): furthest away, but has more convenient travel options than JFK •Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT): Closest, need to connect in Dublin, probably the most expensive option (but not always) For domestic flights, you may want to check if there's an Avelo flight to New Haven Tweed near you.

Travel Note

Getting Downtown

The Yale Shuttle is a great (and free) way to travel from Union Station to downtown New Haven. Please let Ed know if you want help navigating the shuttles.
