There will be 2 school bus shuttles running together to do a pick up from each hotel. We ask all guests to be ready for pick up in the lobby of their respective hotels on time based on the schedule below as we are only doing one round of stops at each hotel! Shuttle Schedule: Hilton Garden Inn - 4:15 pm departure Hyatt - 4:25 pm departure Holiday Inn - 4:35 pm departure The shuttles will have you dropped off at the venue by 5pm!
Our dress code is black tie optional! This includes suits or tuxes with your choice of tie/bow tie, and floor-length gown or midi length cocktail dress attire.
We have decided that only children in our immediate family will be participating in some of our wedding festivities.
Yes, if you so choose to drive to our venue there is free parking. We did want to remind our guests, Ubers/Lyfts are not easily available in this area. This is why we will be providing a shuttle service!
Any plus ones or dates will be listed on your save the date or invitation! Due to our venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate a certain amount of guests.
