Is there a dress code? Black Tie Optional with all shades of green ENCOURAGED: Formal ankle/floor-length dresses or pantsuits.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the 5PM ceremony start time.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but we hope you can join us for a special evening just for adults.

Does the hotel offer shuttles to and from the airport?

Answer

The hotel does NOT offer a shuttle service. You can uber or lyft to the hotel or book a black car service to and from the airport (details of how to book, are in the travel tab of this website.)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are located in the same place, transportation will not be required as long as you are staying at the Renaissance Hotel, The Depot.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite hotel parking. Overnight parking charges are currently $30+tax per vehicle per night for self-parking or $55+tax per vehicle per night for valet parking. Guests can park on our surface lot or in one of our two levels of underground parking. They can enter and exit the lot as many times as needed throughout their stay.
