To think it all started with “Hey, do I know you?”

It was a boring summer day in early June of 2018, Jill was scrolling through Facebook when Eddie popped up on her “suggested friends.” She thought to herself “He’s cute, and we have mutual friends,” so she added him. He accepted the request and a week later he randomly messaged Jill with the classic “Hey, do I know you?” Lol. They started talking/getting to know each other. They had tons in common. Especially their shared love for the Philadelphia Eagles. They became “official” on July 1st, 2018. Over the next two years, they created countless memories together. It was sometimes impossible to both of them that a happiness and love they created together could really exist. On June 28th, 2020 after months of pandemic lockdown, Eddie and his parents gathered some of our closest family and friends for a cookout. Jill didn’t think much of this until her best friend and Matron of Honor, Katie, said to her a few days prior, “your nails kind of look like shit, you should get them done.” Eddie’s mom, Tammy, suggested we all take photos together since we were all seperated for months due to COVID. When Jill and Eddie were up, they were given Eddie’s niece and nephew to hold. Jameson (which is both Eddie and Jill’s godson) was wearing a special shirt which she was asked to read. It said “will you marry my uncle eddie?” When Jill looked back at Eddie he was on one knee, and of course Jill said “YES!”

For all the days along the way
