Housing Block details: To reserve please call (570) 685-8000 & tell them you are with the Sweeney/Yanulavich Wedding We have a block of houses set aside for our guests, they work like Airbnb's - the rates noted are for Thursday - Sunday night - if you want to just have the house for one night or Friday - Sunday night the rates are cheaper. Cedar Guest Home (2 bedroom - Sleeps 6) Thursday-Sunday $2471.94 Friday Night Only $858.14 Hemlock Guest Home ( 3 bedroom - sleeps 8) Thursday-Sunday $2940.72 Friday Night Only $1063.06 Sequoia Guest Home (4 bedrooms - sleeps 10) Thursday-Sunday $3501.71 Friday Night Only $1288.48 Redwood Guest Home (5 bedrooms - sleeps 12): Thursday-Sunday $3997.38 Friday Night Only 1481.89 If you call to reserve a home you have to put a 50% deposit down in order to reserve it Check-In is at 5pm for all homes - So if you are staying only Friday night, the house may not be available until after our ceremony. They will do their best to get everyone in before that but this is a resort open to the public so it may not be possible - they can hold onto any luggage & direct anyone to a place to change should they need to get ready for the wedding when they arrive Friday afternoon. The housing block is open for up to 6 weeks before the wedding - Any unrented houses will then be released for the public to rent at a higher rate All wedding guests that rent a house will be in the same area this way we can have an after party with everyone on Friday night! :) If you want us to try & match you with any friends/family of ours in order to split the cost of a house please let us know - we want everyone to have an amazing time but also make sure it is still affordable for everyone! Woodloch is an amazing resort they have so many activities daily to do on the property that is included with your stay!
