We're Getting Married!

We met on Hinge! Ed was looking at Grace's profile when a photo caught his eye...it was Grace singing the worship song "Build Your Kingdom Here" at church. We bonded over that song and that's where the conversation started!

Axe throwing >.< Ed claimed that he had gone axe throwing before. His performance that night suggested otherwise.

A few weeks after we started dating, Ed asked Grace if she would play Valorant with him. She hates first-person shooter games, but she decided to try it for him. Ed was having a great time, but Grace realized she still hated shooting games. Out of nowhere during their voice call, she heard the words, "I love you." Sigh.

Ed had this plan to propose back in the summer of 2023. But on the day of, Grace suddenly came down with appendicitis (aggghhh!!!). So we ended up spending the entire day in the hospital instead!

Ed told Grace that there was a church outing at a park. (But he didn't give any details...suspicious!) We were looking for a spot in the parking lot when Grace spotted her parents' car (very suspicious!) but she chose to stay quiet. As we walked deeper into the park, Ed started sniffling. Grace thought that Ed was crying, but Ed claims he was trying to hold back a nosebleed! Suddenly, our parents and Grace's brother Norman popped out. Then Ed popped the question!
