If you're looking to connect with other wedding guests the night before the big day, feel free to stop by Park 101—a vibrant bar and restaurant just one block from the beach, right in the heart of Carlsbad Village. While the bride and groom will be enjoying their rehearsal dinner with immediate family on a reserved section of the rooftop deck, the rest of the venue remains open to the public. We’d love for you to swing by, share a drink, and start the celebration early with us!
3:30 pm - 10:00 pm
We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire—think elegant dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or tailored suits. Since the event will be held outdoors in warm weather, please keep comfort in mind and opt for breathable fabrics and lighter colors to stay cool and stylish throughout the celebration.
Guests will be seated at 3:45 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests arriving late will be kindly asked to wait until the ceremony concludes before being seated, so please plan to arrive early. To make transportation easy, we’ll have a complimentary shuttle departing at 2:30 PM from two of our recommended hotels (see the Travel tab for details). For guests driving or using rideshare, free valet parking is available at the venue. The cocktail hour and reception will follow immediately after the ceremony—no need to change locations! Enjoy drinks during cocktail hour, followed by a full dinner at the reception. The open bar opens at 4:30 PM, so bring your appetite and your dancing shoes. Shuttles will continue running back and forth between the venue and the two designated hotels throughout the evening for your convenience.
