What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Formal wedding attire! Ladies can wear long dresses, long skirts and blouse sets, or dress pants with a nice blouse too! I would advise against stiletto heels and substitute more of a thicker heel as there is going to be grass you will be walking on and we don’t want you to sink into it! Men can wear suits or dress pants with nice shirts! If you aren’t in the wedding party then ties are optional! Nice cowboy boots can be worn with dress pants for men as well! ***Ladies please don't wear the color white or dark brown!!

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time at 4:00pm to allocate time for parking and sitting down!

Where to Park

Answer

If you are not staying at the venue and driving a car in, there will be plenty of parking either in the front of the venue in the dirt parking lot that is on your right as soon as you turn into the resort, or in the paved parking lot that is up the hill a little from the venue across from the Lobby and Golf Shop. ***If you are staying at the resort, instead of walking down to the venue from your room you can call the front desk and ask for a golf cart ride down there! Please make sure you tell them in plenty of notice and early enough where you are at the wedding venue at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time! They will also take you back to your room in the golf carts when needed!

Can I use my phone to take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony itself will be a phone free zone! Please do not use your phone to take photos or videos during the ceremony only! We have paid a lot of money to have professionals do this for us and we want them to be able to capture all of your smiling faces and genuine reactions in the background without having a phone in front of your face! After the ceremony is over, we highly encourage you to take photos and videos on your phones throughout the rest of the night for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing whenever you want to!
