What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by November 1st through our website! Just click the ‘RSVP’ tab and follow the prompts!

Is there a dress code?

We would love for you to join us in celebrating our wedding in style! Please wear formal attire to make this event even more memorable!

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will be alcohol-free as part of our Christian values. Instead, we’re excited to share an evening full of love, laughter, music, and fellowship — plus fun drinks and sweet treats for everyone to enjoy!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating!

Where should I park?
Answer
For the Ceremony, we kindly ask everyone to park on the road or parking lot across the street! For the Reception, we kindly ask everyone to park at the Yoakum Community Center across the street. We will be using the entrance of The Gin for pictures and send off!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To keep our wedding intimate, we’re only able to invite those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Haley at 361-741-8591.

No need to worry about the weather—everything will be indoors!

What type of food will be served at the wedding?
Answer
We’re serving up some of our favorite comfort foods! Expect brisket, sides, and lots of sweet treats. Come hungry!

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. However, you are welcome to take as many pictures as you would like at the reception!

Ceremony – 4:00 PM at CDPC Church Travel Time – Approx. 5 minute drive to The Gin Social Hour – 5:00 PM Reception & Dinner – 5:45 PM We’ll have drinks and light bites waiting for you at the reception venue. Please enjoy the social hour while we finish photos and prepare for the evening!
