When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will both be held at the Sparrow Valley retreat. However, parking is very limited and will be reserved for the vendors. There will be a shuttle provided that goes to and from the venue and hotel area. The venue does not accommodate for ride shares.

Yes! Our registry is visible on the tab listed. We are registered here on Zola, and Crate & Barrel.

What time will the shuttles pick up & drop-off?

Answer

Shuttle pick-up & drop-off location: The Four Points by Sheraton, Scott’s Valley. 2 shuttles will pick up from the hotel 30 minutes apart, and 2 shuttles will drop off to the hotel at night 30 minutes apart. Arrival First shuttle: 1:30pm pickup at hotel Second shuttle 2:10pm pickup at hotel Departure First shuttle: 9:00pm departure from venue Second shuttle: 9:45pm departure from venue

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a hotel block at the hotel listed under the travel tab. The link will take you directly to our block for easy booking!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited guest capacity, we ask that only guests who will be allotted a 1+ on their invitation bring company. Thank you for understanding in advance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you will be able to submit these requests for allergies once you RSVP.
