We’re getting married!

It was Eddy’s birthday and I planned a day to celebrate him at a couple of different spots in Houston. We started at the Zoo, it was our first visit and a great start to our day but it didn’t make the cut for a proposal. We went to explore a new spot I had mentioned to get a few pictures of the man made waterfall but the water was turned off, another missed proposal spot! After we went out for drinks and caught the sunset over the Houston skyline but that spot didn’t make the cut either! Eddy was determined to propose on HIS day so he suggested we make one more stop to get a picture and it being his birthday I happily obliged. We went to one of our spots close to home, Eddy asked a very nice stranger to get our picture because he was about to propose! We stood together and Eddy got down on one knee and asked to spend our lives together, I was thrilled and so surprised! Eddy had our families waiting for news and updates all day as he pre-planned the proposal and requested my family’s blessing. It was a day we’ll both remember to say the least.
