What is the Schedule for the day of the event?

5:30pm: Wedding Party pre-board  (Tim, Edna, Kim, Terri W, Edlyn, Mark, Photographer and Videographer) 6:00pm: Guests Arrive For Ceremony  (Guests Boarding) 6:30pm: Ceremony  7:00pm: Group Photos 7:00pm: Public Guests Board 7:00pm: Reception Begins at reserved tables  7:00pm – 10:00pm: Bar package open 8:00pm: Boat Departs and Dinner Starts 9:20pm: Cake Cutting - Staff to cut and serve cake to reserved tables 10:00pm: Bar package ends & Fireworks! 10:45pm: Boat Returns 11:00pm: Event ends

What time is boarding?

Answer

Boarding will be at 5:45 pm - 6:00 pm. Please be aware that cruising starts promptly at the scheduled time, and the ship cannot wait for any late guests. Please arrive early to ensure nobody misses the boat.

Where do we park for the event?

Answer

Navy Pier Self Parking - Park in the West Parking Garage near door 6 to easily access the Odyssey Lake Michigan Ship.

Will guests be provided with boarding tickets?

Answer

A guest list will be available at the Odyssey ticket booth. Just provide them with your names, and they will give you your boarding pass.

What is the dress code?

**** The dress code for the Odyssey Ship is Cocktail Attire, and the theme of our event is Black & White. ****

Will an Open Bar be provided?

Answer

Yes, a 3 hours Premium Open Bar Package will be available for our guests. Available 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. The bartender will identify you as a member of the Alvord party through a ribbon provided to our guests.
