Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know your plans by Friday, September 25, 2026. We hope you can join us to celebrate! WHAT IF I DO NOT RSVP BY GIVEN DATE: You will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day, there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to join us for an elegant evening. Dress Code: Formal | Black Attire Requested Please dress in formal black clothing—tuxedos, suits, and long gowns in black are appreciated. White dress shirts with black suits or tuxedos are absolutely welcome. Check out this Pinterest board for ideas: https://pin.it/47uGKYhMe

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to {Your Name} & Guest if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please see 'Travel' tab above for Hotel recommendations and towns for an Air BnB search!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, the venue offers a paved parking lot that can accommodate approximately 80 cars. If planning to park on property, we kindly ask you to carpool to accommodate all 150 guests attending.

Question

Can I park my car at the venue over night?

Answer

NO! There is NO overnight parking at the venue. Gates will be closed and locked. Any and all cars on property will be towed at owner’s expense.

Question

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

We’ve got your ride covered! Shuttle service will be provided to keep the celebration stress-free. Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Hampton Inn — an easy and safe walk from all the hotels — so you can focus on having fun, not finding parking… or worrying about getting towed after the venue closes for the night! Departure times and all the important details will be shared soon. Stay tuned and get ready to hop on board!

Question

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing salad, pizza, and drinks from Pisano's at the welcome party. During cocktail hour, Prestige Catering will serve appetizers, including fruit and cheese skewers and pulled pork sliders. Dinner will be served buffet-style and will include: Dinner rolls Salad Baked ziti London broil carving station Mashed sweet potatoes Seasonal grilled vegetables If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP.
