Travelodge is the most budget-friendly spot, right next door to the main hotel and still a short walking distance from the wedding venue.

2 minute drive from main venue - 10 minute walk to the beach. Good option for families, the rooms have twin murphy beds and sofa beds for kiddos.

15 minute drive from main venue - 10 minute walk to the beach / nice option, just the furthest from the wedding site. Good pricing, and also a great option for families. Free parking!
Travel Note
Camping at San Clemente State Beach - $
If camping is your thing, there are beautiful sites just across the highway from the venue, right off the beach. Spots become available 6 months out from camping date and they go fast - so make sure to reserve, if this is something you want to do!
Flight
Flight Suggestions
John Wayne Airport (SNA - Santa Ana / Orange County) is the closest airport. We recommend flying into SNA and renting a car. It will be ~35 minute drive from there to the wedding venue / hotels. Alternatively, out of town guests can fly into LAX (Los Angeles) and rent a car to get down to San Clemente - this option would be ~1 hr 30 min drive, highly dependant on traffic (block out 2 hrs to be safe!)
Train
Pacific Surfliner Train to San Clemente
For SoCal friends / family - the train could be a great option. Stay out of traffic and catch some ocean views! This route drops off at San Clemente Pier, which is less than a 10 minute drive / Uber from the hotel & wedding venue.
