How do we get around? /Opciones de transporte

Answer

By car is the easiest method. The RFTA Bus system is an option, but planning ahead of time is crucial. There are VERY few taxis in the area and no ridesharing (Uber or Lyft) exists. Car rentals are strongly recommend within your party. Recomendamos altamente rentar un auto. Existe Uber y Lyft para poder desplazarte. Existen muy pocos taxis.

Yes! We have booked a large bus for everyone to safely arrive and get back to Hotel Colorado or the 27th Street Bus Station in Glenwood Springs. Please refer to the travel section or our website for specific times so you do not miss out on this amenity! What will the weather be like in early June? El clima en Junio.

Answer

As is typical mountain weather, it can greatly vary. We recommend bringing layers! Rain is always on the radar is high elevation, along with high temperatures up to 80°F and lows in the evening down to 40°F. There will be shelter in case of unexpected weather. What shoes do you recommend?/ Sugerencia de Zapatos.

Answer

We strongly encourage flats or wedges. The ceremony will be in a meadow that requires a short walk from the reception venue. High heels are not recommended. Both! The ceremony will be outside with the reception being both inside and outside. La ceremonia será al aire libre y la recepción se llevará acabo dentro de un espacio cerrado

Is there wildlife we should be aware of?

Answer

Yes! We have deer, elk, moose, bear, and even mountain lions to watchout for. Please keep your distance and respect all wildlife in the area.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Absolutely. Please drive safely, as Four Mile Road is widening and many animals are present in the area.

Can we camp at the venue?

Answer

For those who are brave enough, camping is allowed near the parking lot! Please practice leave no trace principals if you chose to camp. Water and bathrooms will be located at Sunlight, but they do close after midnight.
