There's a picture floating around Facebook of Sunny proposing to Edith 10 years ago. It all started in 2015 when Sunny and Edith performed a skit for Sarah and Kush during their wedding. Little did they know, destiny would place them in that same position a few years later. Fast-forward to July 4, 2019, on a hot Independence day by the pool where the sparks ignited between the two. Sunny and Edith grew curious about each other and their love for family, music, fitness, and food...especially Mexican and Pakistani cuisine. Their adventurous nature led them to a series of spur-of-the-moment travel, and the purchase of their first home. On March 6, 2020, Edith came home to a pathway of rose petals, candles, a hand-painted portrait, and "We're all we need" playing in the background. Sunny had planned the perfect, most intimate proposal. Little did Edith know, Sunny had also been planning an engagement party with Rocío and Sarah for weeks. It was the perfect engagement party, surrounded by family and friends.
