Eduardo and I met in high school, I was a sophomore and he was a Junior. We had Spanish II and I being a little crazy as always, asked for his number in a little note Lol. No we’re not high school sweethearts, but we can both agree that it was for the best that way. However, we did “try” to get to know each other, but it just wasn’t the right timing. Fast forward to 3 years after we met in high school, I was a freshman in college and he was working and taking a couple of classes in college as well. He sent me the typical “hey beautiful” message through Facebook and the rest is history. Let’s take a moment to thank social media for our second chance at love. I would have never imagined that I would be sitting here talking about how he and I met, or that the boy with the long white tee would be my soon to be husband! God has his ways of handling our lives. We may plan how we want our lives to be, but the man above always has his own plans. Nevertheless, I’m blessed his plans for me where to spend the rest of my days on this Earth next to my best friend ❤️
Cinco de Mayo of 2018 is when Eduardo put a ring on it!! 💍 I had butterflies, weak ankles and hot rosy cheeks because I was such in AWE! We drove from Stockton, CA to San Francisco, CA our favorite city ❤️ In a separate car was my close friend Emely and her husband. All four of us had a yummy brunch before heading out to San Fran. We drove to the Golden Gate Park, a stunning park!! The whole purpose behind this trip was because Emely was going to surprise her husband, Kenny with exciting news of Baby on Board! However, to my surprise when we all arrived to this gorgeous waterfall overlooking the park, Eddie got on one knee and the rest is history! He surprised me with a BEAUTIFUL ring and many close friends who helped make our proposal happen. He was able to capture the moment with a photographer and everything was just perfect! We ended the day over looking San Francisco’s skyline from the Golden Gate Bridge and dinner on the pier. Of course, can’t forget the Henny and coke and Piña Colada! It was truly a magical day, I’m such a lucky soon-to-be bride! ❤️
