What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We suggest atleast 15 minutes before the start time.

Absolutely yes! Please indicate in your RSVP if you will be bringing children.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

To help you decide what to wear, we're going to say semi-formal to formal, but please wear whatever you're comfortable in! Keep in mind -- the venue itself is in a wooded area with some events taking place on a lawn, so choose your footwear accordingly. The indoor portion of the venue has large windows and fans but not air conditioning.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is free parking on-site

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle will depart from the Benton Harbor Courtyard Marriott at 4:20 PM. The shuttle will resume service at 9:30 PM and make a few trips back to the hotel.
