FAQs

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions regarding the wedding and the cruise booking overall.
Question

Can I have other people in my booking that are not included in the wedding invite?

Answer

Of course! If you have friends or family members that you would like to sail with who are not included in the invite to the wedding, they are more than welcome to be on the sailing as well! Remember, it is a vacation for you as well! While yes, they can obviously sail with you and be in your booking, if they are not included in the invite, we unfortunately won't be able to include them at the wedding. We have a very tight guest count that we have to stick to so we can do this wedding on board. If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

It will be a formal wedding, so please dress your best with formal dresses for women and a suit for men. The Bridesmaids and Groomsmen will be wearing and coordinating with a specific color. ***As a courtesy to the bride, please choose a color other than white to wear to the wedding. If the color of dress you have chosen is questionable about being too close to white, please just wear another dress/color, or please just check with the couple to get their input on the color.*** If you have any questions about dress code or colors, please reach out to Amanda at 954-415-6333 or Edgar at 954-253-0416.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible. We will need to give a final headcount by December 1st, 2025. If you know you are 100% going to join us for the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. We also recommend booking it as soon as you know you will be going so that you can secure the best price available rather than waiting too long, and the price may go up. The last section on the website is the RSVP section. If you search for yourself by first or last name, you can find yourself and RSVP there. Please be aware: the RSVP deadline has passed. No RSVP’s will be accepted anymore.

Question

Do I have to book the cruise through the cruise planner that the couple uses?

Answer

Of course not. You don't need to book the cruise through Carla Olson (who we use to book our cruises). You can book through anyone else or even on the Royal Caribbean website (for those who plan to pay it off over time). The only reason why we suggest booking it through the individual we mentioned is because you may be able to get a better deal through her rather than directly through Royal Caribbean. There may also be onboard credit available for your booking when you do it through the person we use.

Question

Wedding gift/registry information?

Answer

For those of you who would like to get us a gift, please feel free to contribute to any of the funds in our registry section.❤️ We will also have a card box for anyone who is giving us a card during the wedding ✨

Question

Can I get some more information regarding the cruise ship wedding and how it works?

Answer

Yes! We will have the wedding ceremony and reception on fifth day of the cruise (March 9th) at 2:30pm-6:00pm, and it will be on the ship in a venue called Dazzles. We don't have much information on the ins and outs of the wedding itself, but we will update that information as it comes in. The dinner will be in the main dining room at 7:30pm in our dining section (which will be the same time and place we will have assigned throughout the cruise)

Question

What kind of rooms on this sailing are available?

Answer

These are the following cabins available: Inside cabins that have no windows, but is it nicer for people who like to sleep in a darker room at night. There are Oceanview cabins, which only have a window of the view of the ocean. There are Oceanview Balconies, which have a balcony with a view of the ocean. There are Boardwalk Balconies, which have a view of the boardwalk on the ship. There is also a view of the Aqua Show, which can be watched from your balcony in this room. The ocean can also partially be seen from this room. There are also Central Park Balconies, which have a view of Central Park on the ship, which is a lot of greenery, but there is no view of the ocean at all from this room, and it tends to be a bit humid on the balcony in this room. If you need any more information on the cruise ship cabins, please do not hesitate to ask Amanda or Edgar.
