FAQs

The Wedding Website of Chelsea Edgar and Ethan Bronson
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

As seen above, this is a formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are having a formal dress code for the wedding - think long dresses & sharp suits! Feel free to come in whatever color you would like but please refrain from wearing white, cream, nude or ivory shades.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest’s name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you soft RSVP through the website. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping our wedding an intimate evening with our closest friends and family!

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony and dinner will be hosted outdoors, while cocktail hour and dancing will take place inside. We’re hoping for a gorgeous Friday evening under the Florida sky - but as we all know, Florida likes to keep things interesting. Either way, we’ve got a plan!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we want to party with you! We are having an adults only wedding, so consider this your official excuse for a much needed weekend away!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Thank you for going the distance to celebrate with us! Please visit our Travel and Schedule tabs for information on the weekend accommodations and itinerary.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony begins at 3:30 PM on Friday, February 19, with a shuttle departing the hotel at 2:15 PM. We highly recommend arriving Thursday to avoid any travel delays and to start celebrating early with us - we’re planning a welcome get-together at the hotel that evening. Our hotel room block is available Thursday through Sunday.

Question

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during this part of the day. We’ve hired incredible professionals to capture everything, and we promise to pass on the photos when we receive them! Once the party starts: the more pictures, the better!
