FAQs

Question

Skip the Guest Book, Bring the Flavor 👩🏻‍🍳✨

Answer

Instead of a traditional guest book, we’re creating a family recipe binder filled with love from our favorite people. If you’d like to participate, please bring a favorite recipe. handwritten or printed, with your name and a little note for us. The recipe binder will be left at the entrance of our wedding venue. We can’t wait to cook through them in our first years of marriage. ❤️🍳

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs are officially closed 🎉🎂 We’ve finalized our guest count with the venue and caterer, so we’re unable to accommodate additional guests at this time. Thank you for understanding 🤍 We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🎉💕

Question

Where and when is this party happening?

Answer

Our big day is on June 27, 2026 at the beautiful St. Mary of the Assumption for the ceremony and then the party moves to Le Jardin at Veliz Banquet and Events! Doors open at 6:00pm — bring your best dance moves and your party spirit!

Question

What should I wear to impress?

Answer

We’ll be tying the knot in church, then celebrating under the stars! Bring the elegance and color of a traditional Mexican celebration to life. Ladies — think twirl-worthy long or midi dresses in rich colors or florals. Gentlemen — sharp dress shirts, slacks, or suits! Dress to impress, but keep in mind our reception will be outdoors.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Plenty of parking at both venues! Follow the signs or just follow the crowd — you can’t miss us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love all friends, but for space and safety, please stick to invited guests only.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We don’t have a hotel block, but here are some nearby hotel options: DoubleTree by Hilton Whittier Los Angeles (downtown Whittier) - this is where the Bride & Groom will be staying 💍🌹🤍✨ Friendly Hills Inn (boutique-style, close to the venue) Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott (La Habra, about 10 min away) If you prefer more space or a group stay, Whittier also has great Airbnb options—especially near Uptown Whittier, Friendly Hills, and Turnbull Canyon.

Question

Will I need cash?

Answer

Yes, cash is a great idea! You’ll want it for tipping vendors and for the honeymoon dance. We’re doing the tradition and we are READY to dance with everyone 💃🕺🪩
