What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

well considering, I know our families...and friends, y'all run late! LOL we know there will be bump in the road and delays...we would like for you to keep in mind that there will be construction on 30 and the road drops from 4 lanes down to two, so please add at least 15-30 onto your trip.
