Do we need an admission ticket into Epcot for the night time celebration on 10/3/23?

Answer

NO :) you do not need a ticket for our night time celebration. We are just asking that you meet us on time at 6:45pm at the front gates of Epcot as we will be escorted thru the park to our celebration section for the night! If you choose to do Epcot on your own any other day, or earlier than the 6:45pm meet up time you will have to obtain a ticket and make your reservation for the park. You could meet us in our section once we arrive--you can contact Edgar or Danielle and we can tell you where we are.

Do we have to stay at one of the resorts listed?

Answer

nope! The 3 resorts listed, we just reserved room blocks for. 3 different resorts, 3 different feels. We enjoy staying on property, esp if we plan to do park days. The resorts offer shuttles to the parks and Disney Springs. However, if you have a favorite Disney resort or you just prefer to stay at another Disney property resort feel free to do so! However, to help us out in fulfilling our room block could you please let Edgar or Danielle know your confirmation number and stay details so we can inform our coordinator.
