Is there parking at the church/the reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the back of the church and when you first pull into the Willows Inn driveway, there is a rocky area by the tennis courts for parking.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need all RSVP's back by July 1st 2022.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our colors are lilac, orchid purple, sage green and dusty blue. We would love to see as many of our guests as possible in these colors.

Do we have to walk from the parking area to the actual reception area?

Answer

No, there is a trolley/golf cart that will be taking rounds of people from the parking lot up to where the party is. However, you are more than welcome to walk.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to the Sacred Heart church in Medford no later than 1:15.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, sorry. You will have to arrange your own transportation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This wedding is semi formal, but keep in mind that it is southern Oregon in August so it will be hot. Also the reception has a lot of rock paths.

Yes, as long as they are listed on your invitation.

What food will be served?

Answer

We have partnered with a local food truck called Toasted Cheese. They make gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. They will have both gluten free bread and dairy free cheese options for those with allergies and there will be 5 different sandwiches to choose from, as well as a tomato bisque on the side.
