Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type in the name(s) listed on your envelope. You will select your meal when you RSVP!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 29th. If you are unable to attend we would appreciate you still let us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will not be accounted for in our final head count sent to vendors- you will be missed!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but in order to stay in budget we have a strict guest list. We can only accommodate the specific people listed on the envelope you received. When you go to RSVP you will see the exact people that you are able to RSVP for. We want to have an intimate wedding with just family and close friends!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we were able to accommodate your children. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off, and enjoy the party with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding dress code is black tie optional attire. We recommend a tux, suit or full length dresses. Please avoid wearing jeans and any white/cream dresses.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at The Arlo!

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony! Our professional photographer and videographer will take care of all the coverage of the ceremony. We would love everyone to be able to be fully present at the ceremony and we appreciate your help with this.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! It is all one level!

Question

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to find your seat.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the venue, however there will also be a shuttle running between the hotels downtown and the venue for those who want to partake in drinks.

What time are the buses picking up guests from the hotels downtown?

Answer

Guest transportation will be picking up guests at The Fairmont & Westin! It will be staged loading guests at 3:15pm, and leaving promptly at 3:30pm! The buses will also bring guests back to their hotel at the end of the wedding!

Question

Will there be alcohol? What should I do about driving?

Answer

Yes! We are providing all the alcohol. Our venue will not allow outside alcohol once the wedding starts, so please do not bring any with you. We promise we have the cocktails covered! (: There will be a shuttle running from the the two hotel blocks to The Arlo, so if you plan to drink please consider using the shuttle!
