Cocktail attire. A semi-formal look that will take you from day to night.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We have decided to have a non-religious wedding ceremony. We want to keep our ceremony short and sweet so we can start celebrating right after the ceremony.
The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at the Guild Inn on Sunday, June 7th, 2020. The ceremony location is at the Gazebo, which is just a few steps away from the reception hall where we'll be having dinner, drinks and dancing.
The ceremony will be taking place in a covered space outdoors, rain or shine. The reception will be taking place indoors at one of the Guild Inn's ballrooms. There is a private outdoor terrace that connects to our ballroom for guests to enjoy, weather permitting.
After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving snacks and beverages.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm which means you should be seated by 4:15pm at the latest.
There is free parking available at the Guild Inn Estate.
The Host will be providing an Indian buffet which includes both meat and vegetarian options. There will be an open bar with water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages for guests to order. If you have an dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
We listen to a variety of music. Our musical taste is what initially brought us together. He was listening to a Flock of Seagulls song the first night we met and I love 80's new wave. We will be putting together an awesome playlist of music - from 80's rock to 90's R&B. We'll also be including some Punjabi music.
We would like to finish up everything by 10:00pm.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #EdenAndSam2020 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
We've decided to not have a wedding registry. Instead we are accepting donations to help us fund our honeymoon.
