Shuttle to Venue

Getting to and from the villa will be difficult for any guests without a rental car (Taxi and Uber are not reliable and can be expensive). If you would like additional flexibility and choose to rent a car upon your arrival in Italy, ample parking at the villa is available. For those who will not be renting cars, we have booked a shuttle service to and from the villa for all guests. The shuttle will be picking up all guests from Santa Maria Novella Train Station in Central Florence on Friday, May 23rd at 3:00 pm. Please plan on arriving at the train station early to give yourself time to locate the shuttles. Pick up location at train station: PIAZZALE MONTELUNGO

Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please consider wearing neutral or pastel shades to complement the Tuscan scenery. When packing footwear, keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on a grassy lawn.

We recommend that you have your belongings packed and ready to go before attending the Arrivederci Breakfast. This will allow you to savor the last few moments with the group and relieve stress when it comes to packing and checking out in a timely manner.
Shuttle from Venue

Shuttle services will be available for our departure on Monday, May 26th at 11:00 am from Castello di Ristonchi back to Santa Maria Novella train station. For guests with early or conflicting travel times, we recommend you book alternative transportation services or rental cars, as there will only be one shuttle pick up (11:00 am) at the villa.
