In box that says "Group Code" enter code MEW then click "Check Rooms and Rates" Select desired room type and complete the steps as indicated to add guest name, credit card, etc. The code expires 09/5/25, one month prior to our wedding, so make sure you book before then!

Shuttle from Hotel to the Venue & Back

shuttle will pick up guests at the hotel at 3:00pm to ensure arrival by 3:30 at the venue to settle in and enjoy the violinist prior to the ceremony. shuttle departure back to the hotel will have three times 10:30pm 11:30pm and 12:45am
