She has extensive experience in early intervention, behavior analytic science, data-driven treatment planning, and clinical leadership. Kayla holds a Master of Arts in Human Services from Webster University and a Master of Arts in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) from Arizona State University, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is passionate about collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high quality care and meaningful outcomes.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Columbia College and currently serves as Director of Cash & Investments, where he is known for strengthening financial operations and leading with innovation. Guided by the belief that “It is all about our students,” Derek has also mentored students through the Finish Line Mentoring Program, supporting their path to graduation and beyond. Dedicated to faith and service, Derek serves as a Deacon at Lite of Jericho Church, Board Treasurer for Annie Malone Family and Children Services, and was inducted into the Regional Business Council Leadership 100 for his commitment to community impact and leadership.
