When Should I Book My Lodging Accommodations?

Answer

We recommend booking your lodging as soon as possible, ideally at least four months in advance, to ensure availability. Pigeon Forge can be a busy destination, and reserving your accommodations early will help secure the best options for your stay. Do You Have Any Hotel Recommendations?

Yes! We have two recommended hotels that are offering a group discount for our guests, and the shuttle will pick up directly from both locations: Cambria Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott. You can find booking and reservation information on our "Travel" page.

What Time Should Guests Arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 PM. We kindly ask guests to plan to arrive a little early. A shuttle schedule will be shared two weeks in advance so you will know your designated pickup time and location.

Is Transportation Provided to and from the Wedding?

Answer

Yes! All guests will be required to take the complimentary shuttle to and from the venue. There are two shuttle pickup options available. Guests may be picked up from the designated guest parking lot located at 509 Mill Creek Rd., Pigeon Forge, TN, approximately five minutes from the venue. Alternatively, if you are staying at one of the recommended hotels, Cambria or Courtyard Marriott, or at one of the cabin rentals listed on our website, the shuttle will pick you up directly from your lodging accommodations. Is There Parking at the Wedding Venue?

There is no parking available at the ceremony or reception venue. All guests will be required to take the complimentary shuttle. The shuttle will pick guests up from the designated parking lot located at 509 Mill Creek Rd., Pigeon Forge, TN, approximately five minutes from the venue. Due to the Magnolia’s strict guest capacity, we kindly ask that only those guests listed on your invitation attend. You can confirm who is included when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and helping us celebrate.
